INTRODUCTION
The Asian Group describes a group of cats developed primarily in England. These cats are of European Burmese type but differ in color, patterns, and coat lengths. There are both shorthairs and semi- longhairs in this group.
The variety is endless; tabbies are bred in all recognized patterns. Burmillas, Bombays and Tiffanies fall into this group of cats and each individual breed is described seperately.

In general Asian cats are very intelligent and fun loving cats and therefore make an ideal family pet.
