CEA/CH CLEAR by PARENTAGE:
Meaning both Dam/Sire are Optigen DNA tested "CLEAR/NORMAL".
Whereas normal ophthalmic eye testing cannot always pick up on this problem from 6 to 12 wks of age, if un-discovered can caurse
severe cases which can lead to loss of vision, although rarely result in total blindness.

TNS:DNA tested "CLEAR/NORMAL"
Trapped Neutrophil Syndrome and is an inherited disease which causes a low number of neutrophils to circulate in the blood. As neutrophils are necessary for destroying bacteria, a low number of them causes affected dogs to eventually die from infections they cannot stop.

CL: DNA tested "CLEAR/NORMAL"
Ceroid Lipofuscinosis in the Border Collie is a rare disease which affects the nerve cells of the body. The disease may result in death. It is inherited and follows the inherited recessive pattern, which means that the parents of an affected offspring must both be either carriers or affected themselves.

PRA ophthalmic tested CLEAR.
affected dogs can go blind.
There is no treatment for PRA.

Gonioscopy eye tested for Glaucoma: UNAFFECTED

None of Inc's off-springs will suffer with any above health problems.

Advice when buying a new Border Collie

Please read the following advice before buying a new pet:

• NEVER buy a new pet without visiting it first
• NEVER send money to someone for a pet using Western Union or Money Gram, as your money cannot be traced once sent
• Ask to see the pedigree papers and ensure the breeder's name is on the certificate.
• Recently some advertisers are advertising their pets as Pedigrees, but when people have gone to buy the pet, the seller has made excuses and said they will post on the pedigree papers. NEVER pay for a KC registered dog or pedigree cat if they dont have the certificates as you may never receive them.
• Be wary of outlets offering more than one or two breeds
• When visiting the seller note the surroundings and never go alone
• Visit the puppy or kitten more than once
• The breeder should want to know about you too
• Ask to see the puppy or kitten with its Mother - be very suspicious if you can't
