DescriptionStunning, unique girl saffy is ready to move on to her forever home and live out her retirement on someone’s sofa or lap, be their full focus, their world and life’s companion. She is spayed so this is strictly a pet home only, no breeders.
I am looking for a home with no young kids as that is what Saffy is used too, she enjoys the chilled life and relaxing in a calm environment, with as many cuddles as she can get.
She gets on well with my other poms, she likes to play, but I would prefer either her to be the only dog or have just one or two small/calm friends, so she can be throughly spoilt, which she would lap up the attention.
She can be a little bit cautious of new people, as in she can be shy, but once you know her she is exceptionally loving, she loves our dog walker, cleaner, and anyone that has helped with the dogs she has a lovely connection with, so I am looking for someone patient and understanding to suit her personality.
She has had a great life with a responsible breeder, she does not need rescuing, I am doing what all good breeders should be doing and breeding to better the breed and meeting the council licensing regulations and sadly with that comes the very worst part, retiring and rehoming adult girls after a few litters. When finding a new home for my girls I am even more strict than I am with their pups, as I know them very well, and I want this to be there forever home now, and for them to be as happy as they can possibly be. I understand that someone with less dogs and a different lifestyle will be able to give her more than I will.
I would like to do a quick video call to meet you and any other dogs that you have at home, then you are more than welcome to come and meet Saffy in our home.
With me she has had a happy & fulfilled live with lots of love and attention, she was a fantastic mother and really enjoyed having puppies. All her needs and care have been met, she up to date with her vaccines, dental work, and been regularly wormed and de flea'd and walked.
Naturally she has a very thick beautiful russian coat, however right now she is not in full coat, as she had her last litter born start of the spring, which causes them to shed their coat (same as humans), so its in that process right now. It will grow back even thicker and will continue to grow, she will then need trims every 2-3 months to keep her looking smart, depending on what style of cut is your preference.
During the day the door is always open for her to toilet outside then at night time she is shut away in a large dog room and a washable puppy pad is left down for her to toilet on, so please bare in mind that if you don't want to use puppy pads, then you will need to do some house training with her, but I don't think it would take long, but please understand this is a natural adjustment of retired adults going from a multi dog house hold such as a breeder into a pet home.
I would like to keep in touch with Saffy's new owner, I would love to see pictures of her, and if you ever need help with anything I will always be a phone call away, and if it doesn't work out for any reason I would have her back in a heartbeat, no consideration.
Please get in touch if you think you could be a good fit for the beautiful Saffy I would love to chat.
