Bear is a lovely older Akita boy. It is no coincidence that he is the body double of our Paddington- we are pretty sure that these guys are in fact related! Bear is no trouble here in kennels, he is clean in his kennel, loves a walk and always happy to see you (and the dinner bowl!).
Bear loves a good run around in the paddock, and despite being older, is still an active dog who loves his walks. He appears to get on well with other dogs, so a home with an existing canine companion may be a possibility, pending a successful meet and greet. As an older boy, Bear would prefer a quieter life, so a home where any children are of secondary school age would be preferred. Bear will make a rewarding companion for a loving new home. Could you offer him a fresh start?
