UPDATE-- Puppies will be ready to leave to theyre new homes on 13th of October..... We have one gorgeous boy still available. Get in touch for more photos and videos. Hi Everyone we are very proud to announce our beautiful Show type cocker spaniel Fern has given birth to 8 beautiful babies. 6 boys and 2 girls. We are a family of four and Fern is also a very well loved member of our family. Shes an absolute treasure with our children. She has the best temperament, calm in the home loves a cuddle on the sofa but equally loves a good walk and walks both on and off the lead. She gets on with other dogs and loves a run round a field or a swim in a lake. She is easy train and is a very intelligent girl, we feel so lucky to have her. This is her third litter and her personality has shone through in her puppies with many very happy families that we are still in touch with. Fern is a Pedigree Show type cocker spaniel she is Kennel Club registered with many champions in her bloodline............. The father Tecs is a friends pedigree minature poodle who is also kennel club registered with a deep red soft curly coat. He is also really good with the owners Nephew. He stands at 13inches around the same height as Fern (just below the knee) He is gorgeous with a brilliant personality and is gentle natured. He's an intelligent boy and is a very lovable chap. He is also extensively healthtested CLEAR on the poodle bundle.................. . These puppies are F1 cockapoos- the first cross between two pedigree dogs. The first cross is deemed the healthiest and most predictable in terms of appearance. Cockapoos are an intelligent breed that are easy to train and are usually people orientated. Small enough to cuddle but big enough to enjoy a long country walk. They are also very popular due to their very low to no shed hypoallergenic coats and can often co habit with people who have allergies and athsma. I have included photos of Ferns previous litters for you to have an idea of what they look like grown up.............HEALTHTESTING Parents have been extensively healthtested for the following so puppies will not develop any if these awful diseases- Fern *PRA- Progressive Retinal Atrophy (can cause cells in the retina to degenerate and die causing blindness) * FN- Familial Nephropathy ( a juvenile-onset fatal kidney disease) ........Tecs * MH- Malignant Hypothermia- (canine stress syndrome) * NE- Neonatal Encephalopathy (seizures that could be fatal) * DM- degenerative myelopathy (progressive hind limb paralysis) * VWD- Von Willebrand Disease t1 (deficiency in a protein used to clot the blood) * PRA- Progressive Retinal Atrophy (can cause cells in the retina to degenerate causing blindness) ..........The puppies have come out with beautiful looks and some very rare colouring- Boys *Chunky sable / phantom boy no *white Lighter sable / phantom boy white nose and snip and tip of tail * Sable / phantom boy white snip *Sable / phantom boy white chest *Glossy black boy white chest *Glossy pure black boy Girls * Pure black glossy girl Gorgeous * Sable / phantom girl with white spot on forehead........ Fern is in top condition and the puppies are all doing really well she is such a good mother. Shes on a no expense spared diet mostly from the local butcher and has been regularly wormed throughout pregnancy and the pups will be wormed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age. They will recive two full vet checks at 2 and 6 weeks of age. They will receive their first vaccination here with us and the second will be due between 10-12 weeks of age. They will also be microchipped at 6 weeks of age. They will be used to all the usual household noises. They will be well handled throughout the day by both children and adults and will be used to a brush and having their nails trimmed. I will also be starting toilet training with them. I am currently off on maternity leave so im home to give these puppies the very best start....... The puppies were born on August 18th and will be ready to leave mum from 8 weeks of age (13th of October) and under no circimstance any sooner. The pups will leave with a puppy hamper included- *A book on cockapoos A scented blanket with smell of mother and littermates to help a calm transition into your home *A bag of top quality puppy food *Vaccination card from the vets *Microchip details *Some familiar toys * A careguide tailored to your puppy * Puppy pads Optional whatsapp group for the litter - support, tips and staying in touch with littermates........ *PLEASE NOTE* These puppies are only to go to the very best of homes. It will not be on a first come first serve basis. Although i am happy to answer questions via text and email, i am only happy to arrange viewings over the phone so that i can ensure you can offer the puppy the best home. Viewings can be arranged over facetime or face to face at a social distance. Face to face viewings will not take place until the puppies are 4weeks of age. This will be to avoid upsetting Fern in any way with bringing strangers into our home due to the puppies being so young. Once your puppy is chosen we ask for ?500 non-refundable deposit and the rest to be payable on collection. Im then more than happy to keep you pupdated on your chosen puppy. Social distancing rules will be applied throughout and we will provide hand sanitiser before entering our home. Where possible weather allowing we can arrange viewings in the garden.........
