Very reluctant sale of my lovely boy, but I need to consider his welfare and happiness…..
Rambo is a Border Terrier x Jack Russell, Male, nearly 11 months old. He is up to date with all vaccinations (due April 2026) and flea and worming treatment. He loves nothing more than to sit next to you on the sofa or on your lap whilst you hold his bone for him to chew.
I feel our home environment is too busy and noisy for him, and he would benefit from a quieter experienced home, where there are no kids or older kids, and where he is the only pet. Although he is fine with other dogs when out and about.
He knows sit, lay down, stay, paw and is toilet trained. He has selective hearing and needs to be bribed with treats especially when it comes to leave and drop!!!
Now for the not so good part….
He loves his walks, however he will bark and lunge at bikes, motorcycles, buses and lorries. I have tried numerous things to stop this, but nothing has worked so far. This is only an issue on road walks where there is a high volume of traffic. If walking him in quieter areas like the beach, fields, woodland etc, he’s fine. Please feel free to ask any questions as I will be asking questions to ensure he goes to the right home.
