Very sad sale of my boy Taz.
Regrettably needing to rehome due to resource guarding between him and my other dog (he is the dominant one of the two) and Taz needs to be in a single dog home to set him up for the best chance of success.
He is extremely loving and protective of his family, gentle and biddable with my 3 year old son, but can be dog reactive (more so when on lead no surprise) and can resource guard with other dogs. Because I have my young son first and foremost to think about, I feel it is the right thing to re home him as difficult as this is for me.
He is crate trained and follows all basic commands, such as sit, down, stay, spin, heel/close, paw and has good recall. He is walked on a pinch collar. He absolutely loves bite work and would thrive in a home where he can pursue this further.
Please, serious enquiries only. Experience with working breeds is important also. He is a working line dog with high food/ball/prey drive and is not suitable to be with a novice owner.
