🐾 Meet Rolo – Ready for His Forever Home 🐾
Rolo is a neutered 3-year-old male Patterdale Terrier who is now looking for his new home.
Rolo came to me after displaying some resource-guarding behaviour around the sofa in his previous home. Unfortunately, he had been allowed to push boundaries and had begun to believe he was in charge. Since joining me and my pack of dogs, Rolo has responded exceptionally well to clear structure, consistency, and training.
During his first few days, he attempted to guard the sofa on a couple of occasions, but after being taught the **"down"** command, he now happily moves off furniture when asked and has shown no further issues.
Rolo is a bright, intelligent dog who loves to play **fetch** and will reliably drop his toy at your feet when given the **"leave"** command. He enjoys exploring and investigating scents around the farm but always prefers to stay within sight of his handler.

I have my 4-year-old son here most days, and Rolo is wonderful with him. He already responds to commands given by him and happily follows him around—at least until he spots a ball to chase!
Rolo would thrive in a home where his new owner understands the importance of maintaining clear boundaries and consistency, particularly during the first few weeks while he settles in and builds a bond with his new family. He is an incredibly intelligent dog with plenty of potential and will make a fantastic companion in the right home.
