Description

I’m looking to find a loving and experienced home for my two pet rats. They were purchased with an estimated birth date of around October 2024, though they may be slightly older (possibly around 6 months at the time). They are healthy and have been well cared for, but I no longer feel we’re the right fit for them. They were very sweet when we first brought them home, but one of them nipped my young daughter, and since then I’ve been nervous handling them. Because of this, they haven’t been out as much as they should be. They would suit an owner who: 🐾 Has confidence handling rats 🐾 Understands they may need time, patience, and gentle socialisation 🐾 Can give them regular interaction and a calm environment I really want them to go to someone who can offer them the time and reassurance they need to thrive. They must go together, as they are bonded. If you’re experienced with rats and can provide a suitable home, please get in touch. I’m happy to answer questions and chat about their personalities, setup, and care.
