About Mickey's Personality:
Mickey is the epitome of a perfect family dog. He is very well-behaved, incredibly clever, and has a gentle, playful spirit. He grew up with children and is exceptionally friendly, gentle, and patient with them. He forms a deep bond with his family and loves to be included in all aspects of home life.
His Unique Bond & Training:
Mickey is deeply loyal and trained to obey both his "dad" and "mum." He is a true shadow in the home, always staying by your side. His intelligence is remarkable; he understands and responds to a wide range of commands .....
Key Commands He Understands:
· Basic Obedience: Come, Sit, Drop, Drop the ball.
· Play & Activity: Go play, Go away, Go home.
· Routine & Potty: Sleep / Sleep time, Pee / Poo time.
· Social Commands: He will wait for your signal to "go say hi" to other people or dogs.
Outdoor & Social Excellence:
One of Mickey's greatest strengths is his flawless recall and off-leash training.
· Perfect Recall: He responds instantly to his whistle and will not wander away unless you give him the command to "go and play."
· Brilliant on Walks: He will walk politely without a leash, ignores other people and dogs unless you instruct him otherwise, and is trained to sit calmly when greeting new friends.
· Playful Spirit: He loves to run and chase squirrels and birds, but his favourite game is fetch. He expertly retrieves his ball and brings it right back to you.
A Note on His Care & Routine:
Mickey is healthy and eats two meals a day:breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. If he ever does something wrong, a simple "Hmmmm" is all it takes for him to know and correct himself.
We are committed to finding the perfect forever home for Mickey. To ensure a smooth transition for everyone, we have a simple two-part process for serious applicants:
1. The First Hour: This is for you to decide. You will spend the first hour with Mickey to see if you feel that special connection and are ready to be his new owner.
2. The Training Session: If you decide to proceed, we will then conduct a training session for you. This is to ensure you understand his commands, routines, and how to communicate with him effectively, so his excellent training continues seamlessly in his new home.
Please Note: When you visit, you will be meeting a genuinely well-behaved and fully-trained dog. He is a champion in both bloodline and character.
