Black German Shepherd Male – KC Registered – 3 Years Old
KC registered black German Shepherd male available to an experienced home.
Just over 3 years old, full pedigree, good-looking example of the breed with a strong presence and excellent temperament with people he knows. He is intelligent, eager to learn and very easy to live with day-to-day.
He is:
* Fully house trained
* Crate trained
* Walks well on lead and understands heel work
* Responsive to training
* Protective of the home without excessive barking
* Has completed some basic bite-work training
He has been living with a female German Shepherd and is used to a home environment. Prior to coming to me he was kept in a kennel-style accommodation so he is familiar with both home and kennel environments.
He can show some dominance and occasional dog aggression towards other dogs. This has improved significantly during the time I’ve owned him and is manageable with an experienced handler. Continued training and consistent handling should see further improvement.
He would suit an active owner who understands the breed and can provide ongoing training and mental stimulation. He has the potential to excel in working, sporting or protection-oriented activities, as well as being a loyal companion in the right home.
