🐶 Meet Milo, a sweet and slightly shy 14-year-old Jack Russell who’s been with his person his whole life — until now. Through no fault of his own, this lovely gentleman is facing a big change after 14 years of loyalty. His owner has sadly lost everything their job, their house, their health, needs to move where dogs are not allowed on Monday and can no longer afford to care for him. Milo needs urgently a peaceful home where he can relax, be loved, and enjoy his well-earned golden years.

🐶 Milo is a homebody who enjoys short walks, soft beds, and calm company. He’s used to sleeping on or near his human’s bed and thrives with a steady routine. He’s been fully house-trained his whole life, walks nicely on the lead, and knows basic commands.
🐶 He doesn’t need much – a few gentle strolls a day, somewhere cosy to nap, and a person to love him. He’s still got a touch of playfulness and loves a carrot treat.
🐶 He can be a bit grumbly over toys or food, with unfamiliar dogs, but never bitten and easily managed with respectful handling. He’s not been around small children, so an adult or quiet older household would suit best. He doesn’t like cats and isn’t a fan of larger dogs.

🐶 Milo would be perfect for an elderly person or couple seeking a companion with low needs and lots of heart. He enjoys peace, pottering about, and company. A small garden or easy lead walks are all he asks for. He’s also fine to be left alone for short time and copes well with quiet independence (after few weeks to settle in a new home).
