Description
This is yogi now this is yogi's last chance this is us exhausting all our options we have been told by professionals that the best thing for him would be to put him to sleep. But in our hearts we know its not the right thing to do.
Rspca will not help us dogs trust won't help us all rescue centres won't help us but I can't just give up.
Yogi has severe resource guarding with food, chews and some toys he is also an extremely nervous dog with new people so building trust would be a massive thing its such a shame because outside of these behaviours hes a normal 9 month old pup who wants to play and explore the world. But hes currently is a house with young children which is extremely dangerous and its not a risk im willing to take because he is unpredictable.
Bit of back story he was found in a bin at 2 weeks old and needed emergency veterinary care and his eye had to be removed we rescued him at 8 weeks old we didn't really notice his behaviours at the start until someone tried to take something off him he wasn't aloud and its just escalated and progressively got worse and worse but I can't give up on him because he would make someone very happy.

IF YOUR A FIRST TIME DOG OWNER DO NOT RESPOND! im sorry to be blunt but as explained this is our last ditch attempt at trying to find yogi a home that he truly deserves but it could take a few visits as he would not be comfortable on first meeting
Day to day he is a lovable playful pup who loves a cuddle on the sofa and loves playing ball its such a shame the food let's him down massively.
But like I said these behaviours have been getting worse in the last few weeks and he would need a very experienced person to deal with his behaviours please only respond
if you think you could be yogi,s person I will answer all questions and queries as honest as I can we are out of options now but im just hoping these someone out there that would be perfect for him
