Anakin is a 6 month old mini poodle who is looking for a home as an only pet. He is a very loving boy who enjoys being held and cuddled. He has some resource guarding issues around high value treats and toys but doesn't guard his food bowl. I would ideally like him to go to someone with experience with behavioural issues due to this. He also has a grade 1 luxating patella and it is minor and causes him no pain right now but may need treatment in the future. He is very smart and enjoys training and would love to do obedience or something similar. He can be a bit wary of new people and dogs but quickly warms up to them and is happy to say hello, he is also used to cafes and settles very well in busy places. He can be excitable but isn't reactive and is well behaved on walks. He needs a home that can provide the training and affection he needs, preferably as an only pet due to his resource guarding. I am happy to answer any questions about him
