Kai is a stunning 16-month-old Vietnamese Ridgeback with a beautiful brindle coat and an incredibly regal presence. Healthy, fully vaccinated, and now coming out of adolescence, Kai is a deeply loyal and intelligent young dog who forms strong bonds with the people he trusts.
He is currently working through his second fear stage, so he needs a calm, structured, and loving environment with experienced, patient people who understand sensitive working breeds and are committed to continuing his training and confidence-building. Once he settles, Kai is affectionate, devoted, and exceptionally connected to his humans.
Kai is currently with his owner in Notting Hill, who travels frequently and wants to find him the stable, beautiful home he truly deserves — ideally with someone who can dedicate time, consistency, structure, and love to helping him thrive.
Please note: Vietnamese Ridgebacks are an extremely rare breed — Kai is believed to be only the eighth in the country.
