Female donkey for sale. Nova is a 2 year old standard Jenny donkey standing at approx 9hh, currently living on a small holding with a pony & 3 alpacas for company. She has a passport, is up to date with her vaccines and sees the farrier once every 5 weeks. She’s inquisitive, friendly, relaxed yet typically stubborn. She’s used to being handled by young children and eats a varied diet of s/f chaff, speedy beet & pony nuts & has the freedom to graze on hay / grass during the day. She also enjoys the occasional carrot / apple treat! Nova is turned out during the day & stabled at night.
Nova will need to go to a first class home where she has other equines for company; she’s very attached to the alpacas she currently shares her home with.
Her current price is set to ensure she goes to the best home. But I’m happy to discuss this in more detail & will consider dropping the price.
She has a winter rug, head collar and lead rope.
Will make a great family pet & companion for another donkey, pony, alpaca. Buyer will need transport to collect.
