Description
Jon is adorable. He was found at the train station living with his Mum and siblings. Sadly, Jon was the only pup to survive. He is now in foster in UK and we are very proud of little Jon who has made such good progress. He is still a little scared and skittish, but his confidence is improving day by day. He walks very well on the lead, is starting to respond to commands and loves a good run around on a long line lead. At the moment, he is too nervous and his recall is not good enough for off lead exercise, but he is making great progress and loves a run around. Jon is friendly and loves to meet other dogs and people on walks. He is playful and feeling confident enough now to play with other dogs. Jon has a very healthy appetite, but is quite a slim lad and we think he has some ‘whippet’ genes and characteristics. Jon lives with another dog in his foster home and takes comfort from being with another dog. He can be left alone and is quite happy to lounge on the sofa for as long as you let him! He is gradually overcoming his nerves, but he will need a patient, loving home with people who will continue to encourage him and will be vigilant about his safety because he would run if he was scared.
