DescriptionPicasso was found on the busy streets of Granada city , dodging cars in a dangerous location . It was obvious he was lost / abandoned . He kept following people and rubbing up against their legs asking for help . Somebody called us and we picked him up and took him to the vet to check for a microchip ….there wasn’t one . We put out lots of lost cat adverts locally , but nobody came forward . It’s not uncommon in Spain for people to abandon their pets , ….the last video is of Picasso on the street before we took him in.
Picasso was adopted here in the U.K. and arrived on Easter weekend , sadly it hasn’t worked out with his adopter as he is not doing well in a multi cat household . He is bullying the other cats and therefore we feel he is best suited to being an only cat . It’s also very apparent that he is very keen to be out and about , so a safe home away from busy main roads is a must . Ideally a country home for this boy .
He is understandably going to be quite stressed having travelled all the way from Spain , and now needing to find a new home , so an experienced home is preferred . He can be very affectionate , but at the moment doesn’t like being picked up and will swipe , so no young children .
He’s currently in Somerset , but his current owners will travel to find him the perfect home .
He is neutered , vaccinated , and tested for FELV and FIV .
