DescriptionI am looking for a suitable home for my 4 year old hognose snake, as I am in the process of moving out and feel as though I am not providing sufficient love and care that he definitely deserves.
He is an albino anaconda morph with het axanthic genetics, a beautiful, small snake which is best suited for an arid type vivarium. He is approximately 3 foot in size, and healthy in all aspects (never had any issues with feeding).
I currently have him in a 2x2x1.5 glass vivarium, which was originally bioactive and I would be willing to include this set up with him to ensure he has an appropriate home. It comes with a heat lamp (and cage), thermostat to regulate the temp, and appropriate locks/ventilation through the roof.
About Hiccup:
He is quite a sassy character, and tends to hiss and mock strike when the viv is originally opened or he feels threatened, however once he is out he is lovely and happy to explore. Part of the reason I am looking to re-home is due to being unable to provide him with the stimulation he would enjoy outside of his vivarium.
I am only considering serious interest from people who enjoy caring for snakes and have experience caring for this type of snake, and aim to provide an enriching life for them, which I am afraid I am not providing at the minute.
Thanks for the consideration!
