Meet AMANDA DT

“My dogs are my life and my passion” I have lived and worked with dogs my entire life. Living in the heart of the Somerset Levels, we are avid walkers, covering many miles each day, whatever the weather and I am rarely without them at my side. They are more than my companions, they are my life. My dogs include English Springer Spaniels, a breed I have owned, worked and bred for 32 years and the Labrador Retriever, also owned over many years. I have established and run my own parlour and business in dog grooming since 2006 and have been involved in all aspects of farming and country life since childhood. I regularly judge at local dog shows and help newcomers in the introduction to dog grooming. I am a hobby breeder and love caring for and rearing a beautiful litter of healthy pups. I have recently obtained my breeders licence, as it is important to me to meet the high standards and criteria required, as well as to pass the local authority and vets inspection process, to be a reputable breeder. I work closely with my local vet practice, to continually strive to achieve the highest standards for my dogs and puppies. Their welfare, comfort, health and happiness is paramount to me. I could not imagine life without my dogs……
