I just love animals an tey my best to give them the best life. I have several guinea pigs and rabbits i have taken in due to needing a new home cos I cant say no when someone desperately needs to rehome a pet they all have their own enclosures built an i enjoy the hobby of providing them with the best care. Built my large avairy in 2024 as took in 2 kakarikis and 2 cockatiels from there i have taken in budgies an cockatiels. I expanded my budgie flock from a reputable breeder as had budgies wanting their own mate but had odd numbers. 2025 started and all my birds are happy an settled an started laying eggs which I absolutely love watching them raise their own chicks an seeing them grow. Due to them breeding I have since got licensed and registered for breeding birds none my birds are expected to breed like alot of breeders if they dont breed it doesnt matter they will always have a home but if they do pair up an raise chicks its a bonus that means I can share experience with new owners who come and purchase one of them. I absolutely love being outside either in the garden cleaning an feeding all my pets or outside at the stables with my horses and dogs i get bored sat about all the time so leave no spare time for myself. I'm happy to help anyone even if its just a simple question on care for their pet advice an help is free an shud be for everyone wanting to learn. An I cant forget about my little tortoise who I took in 13 yrs old an I took him in due to previous owner keeping him in less that recommended housing. I'm a very down to earth person an love to meet new people. I dont hand raise my birds even though I would enjoy the experience as I work alot of hours each week and im unable take chicks with my to the promises. I have since become a registered pet breeder with the budgie society and now have my own unique leg ring number. im absolutely animal crazy an all my pets from the smallest bird to the largest horse are all special to me they are my family an if my birds dont want to breed then they dont have to im not like alot breeders who will remove them from the flock they will always have a home with me. in the avairy they habe freedom to fly and play and so much enrichment with toys an treats. they birds are all given a hugely wide variety of food they have their seed but each day get given mixed veg fruit an sald items along with scrambled eggs and meal worms for protein. I built them a mineral station which has all the minerals they need plus have all different herb powders in it which all the birds go mad for an they have the choice of what they want. I strictly stick to routine worming and delousing the birds with the s76 drinking liquid an disinfect with f10 all nesting boxes and entire avairy 3 to 4 times a week after a deep clean with my hoover. all my animals in the avairy are not spooky as they hear me with my hoover alot and then im always in there making an improving things for them so very much use to noise. if anyone has any questions im more than happy to answer them.
