We honestly don't understand why Laima is still waiting... Day after day she is hoping that someone will choose her. Everyone who meets her falls in love, yet somehow this beautiful girl is still waiting for the home she deserves.

Laima is around 9 months old, a lower-medium girl, likely a Shar Pei cross, with the sweetest nature and a heart that simply wants to belong.

🐾 More About Laima
Laima is one of those dogs who fills a house with happiness. She loves making people laugh with her goofy personality, enjoys cuddles just as much as adventures, and simply wants to be wherever her people are.
She's wonderful on walks, curious about the world and has already learnt to wait calmly at roads, showing just how clever and willing to learn she is.
She absolutely loves travelling in the car, happily sticking her nose out of the window and enjoying every moment of the journey.
She settles beautifully during the day while her foster family work from home, happily snoozing nearby after asking for a few strokes and cuddles.
She's also incredibly gentle. Her foster says they've never met a dog who is so relaxed about being handled. Cleaning her eyes, wiping muddy paws or checking her over is never a problem.
She has been friendly with every dog and every person she's met, and has been absolutely wonderful with the family's six-month-old niece.
The only thing Laima still finds difficult is being left alone. After so many changes in such a short time, she understandably worries when her people disappear. Even short trips can make her anxious, although she's much happier if she's free to move around the house rather than being confined to one room.
We truly believe this will continue to improve as she finally finds the stability she's never really had.

Laima is looking for an active family who enjoy walks, adventures and including their dog in everyday life. With someone almost always around, especially before she fully settles (the first few months).
A secure garden and another young, playful and emotionally balanced resident dog. Having a canine best friend brings out the very best in her and gives her confidence, happiness and companionship.
