Bred for health, temperament and classic type from well-chosen lines. Long-haired miniature dachshunds are affectionate, loyal dogs that love being part of family life. She is affectionate, level-headed and completely at ease with everyday household life. She has been an excellent mother — calm, attentive and devoted to her puppies.
