Beautiful Robyn is looking for a new home due to no fault of her own. She was bought for my daughter but sadly my daughter has lost confidence and is just too novice for Robyn.
She has a super temperament and loves a good groom and a cuddle. Her stable manners are great, my daughter (13) mucks out around her and does all the stable management confidently.
Robyn is shod on all 4 and is perfect for the farrier.
She is turned out through the day with my gelding. She loves his company and wants to be near him all the time. However, he is a typical young cob and doesn’t like her near him which is another reason she has to find a new home as I don’t have the space to separate them. She gets very distressed if left in the field alone.
Robyn raced in her younger years but was retired due to not being fast enough (no injuries). She was then used as a broodmare where she bred 2 beautiful foals, later becoming a family hacker. In her previous home she was regularly ridden by a 12 year old, proving she is safe and sensible.
She isn’t great in the school as this isn’t something she has experience with but in the right hands there’s no reason why she can’t excel. She’s a very clever girl and wants to please her rider. She would make a fantastic low level xc / hunter or will just as happily hack for miles. Unfortunately our location doesn’t allow my daughter to confidently take her out and give Robyn the exercise she needs.
