Queenie is a lovely 4-year-old cob mare standing at 13.2hh, offered for sale as a genuine and rewarding project.
She was broken in last year and has been used as a lead rein pony for my son, proving herself to be sensible and willing in a family environment. Since then, she has been hacking out and is building confidence. She is good in traffic and not the spooky type.
Queenie is good to handle but does need a little bit of time getting to know you. she’s great with her feet, well behaved for the blacksmith and dentist, and travels/loads well.
As a young mare, Queenie does still require work with her schooling and further education, She does has a dominant nature, so will need a confident and knowledgeable handler to bring out the best in her. With a firm but fair approach, she is a lovely pony to have around and enjoys attention.
She will make a fantastic fun teenagers pony or someone looking for a good all rounder
