16hh | 11 -year-old Irish x thoroughbred Mare
Ellie is a lovely, sweet-natured mare who is a pleasure both to ride and to have on the yard.
She enjoys hacking both alone and in company and is generally sensible. She is good for the farrier, although can be a little impatient at times. I have done quite a few farm rides with her, where she has been enjoyable and sensible.
She works in a nice rhythm on the flat and is willing, and would benefit from continued schooling on the flat and over fences to further her education. She can be sensitive at times, so requires a confident rider.
Ellie is a sweet mare who I simply don’t have the time for at the moment, so she will need bringing back into work and would suit someone looking to continue producing her and fulfil her potential.
