Pixie is an approx 1 year old tabby girl who is beautiful inside and out. She came in to rescue along with her 7 very young kittens after her previous owner could no longer look after them. She was sadly covered in fleas and didn’t have a name. Although she is only young (and sadly this was at least her second litter), and despite all the upheaval of being moved around, she has been a patient and gentle mum to her babies, and even adopted an orphaned kitten, Marshmallow, too. However it is clear that Pixie has had enough of motherhood now and is craving a life where she gets to be the centre of attention! She is looking for a home where she will be really loved and spoilt after all she’s been through. Pixie loves a fuss, loves her food and loves stretching out for a nap next to her humans. She is a vocal cat who will call when she wants attention! Pixie has seen another cat in foster who she was not at all happy to share space with, so she will be looking for a home where she is the only cat. She has seen her fosterer’s dog whom she hissed at but was not scared, so she could potentially live with a cat-savvy dog who doesn’t mind a feline telling-off and just leaves her alone. She is unfazed by household noises or visitors and with her calm and gentle nature would be suitable for a young family. Pixie has been neutered, microchipped and started vaccinations. She is in foster in Reading.
