Handsome Alfie is 4 years old, neutered, weighs around 16kg, and is currently based in the Newark, Nottinghamshire area.
He is a friendly, loving dog who enjoys the company of both people and children. He gets excited when visitors arrive and loves being involved in family life. Playful and full of character, he enjoys his toys, loves chasing birds around the garden, and is very social with other dogs.
He is fully toilet trained, sleeps happily on a dog bed in the bedroom, and knows basic commands including sit and lie down. His recall is good, making him a great companion for outdoor adventures. Alfie must have a secure garden and can live as either an only dog or with another playful dog.
Like many dogs, he has a few areas where he will benefit from continued support. He can pull on the lead, is sometimes nervous of unfamiliar sounds, and has only travelled in the car once, where he was a little unsure. With patience and reassurance, he is continuing to build his confidence.
