Here at QuailMadness In Wilshire we have Chinese Painted Button Quail Chicks available !
On Wednesday April 8th we had lots of chicks hatch.
This advert was updated on April 10th !
Chicks will need to live under a heat lamp with a red 75w bulb till they are 8wks old then they will need to live indoors at room temperature till they are 10-12wks old before moving to live outside or they can live indoors permanently.
They are also eating chick crumb which they will need to eat till they are 8wks old but from 6wks old they are able to start eating quail mix & layers mash mixed in with their crumb then the crumb they can stop eating at 8wks old.
We do have a few customers already on our waiting list for sexed females & male groups who have already paid deposit to reserve their quails.
Quails are flock living birds so groups of at least 6 they must be kept in.
Prices are as follows :
Unsexed chicks from 1wk old till 4wks old £30 for 6 chicks / £60 for 12 chicks / £6 each chick after that.
Sexed Females from 4wks old £15 each
Sexed Males from 4wks old £7 each.
If having a male then he will need to have 5 females due to over mating with less females, for every 1 male they each need 5 females.
Chick crumb 1.5kg bag £3 / 2 bags for £5 / 5 for bags £10.
A deposit is required at time of order due to time wasters & no shows.
We are located 10-15mins from
Longleat area of Wilshire.
Collection or local delivery available for a small fee of £5-£15, fee depending on location & distance.

BA11 / BA12 / BA13 / BA14 / BA15 / SN9 / SN10 / SN15 / SP4 / SP5 / Radstock / Midsomer Norton & surrounding villages.
