Description
Juno is a 1/4 Vizsla and 3/4 Red Fox Labrador, she is 3.5 years old and has not been spayed.
Juno is a beautiful dog with lots of potential, but unfortunately we have come to the sad decision that we just aren’t the right family for her. She has never been able to settle with our older, smaller dog which has meant we have been separating them but the situation just isn’t tenable any longer - it’s not fair on either dog.
She needs to be in a home with either only adults, or teen+ children who can devote lots of time and energy to what she needs. We have small children and we want to be clear - she is safe around them (not aggressive) but she is bouncy, strong and excitable with a lot of energy and would really benefit from being in a calmer family where she can have more focus and embrace her furbaby lifestyle.
She pulls on the lead, and has become a bit reactive to small dogs recently which we think is the result of us trying to persevere with bonding our two. With time and patience (and honestly a deep pocket of snacks) we are very sure that this can be corrected or improved. She enjoys training and is eager to please (for cheese). She really does have the potential to be an amazing companion, and with the right family will thrive.
