He is a very intelligent dog with a great temperament and biddable. Chip is a well bred springer, his mum has her stud book number. DNA health tested Fuco - clear PRA - clear AMS- clear PFK- clear Both parents are DNA health tested clear meaning puppies will be hereditary clear.
