π Rescue Story
Alan was left behind in a village in Zaporizhzhia region β a frontline war zone under constant shelling.
His owners fled to safety, but he was not taken with them. He remained alone on a half-destroyed, burned street, surrounded by everyday explosions and ruins.
War volunteers rescued him from there and brought him to safety.
πΎ More About Alan
Alan is a very social and affectionate dog who genuinely enjoys life and communication. He loves people, adapts easily, and gets along well with other animals.
When he was rescued, he was starving, and even now he can still be very food-focused, occasionally growling around food with other dogs.
He loves to run, play, and interact with other dogs. He can live as the only dog, but this is important β he absolutely needs regular socialising and ideally frequent playdates with other dogs. He truly enjoys company and communication.
Alan previously lived peacefully with a cat who was also evacuated from the war zone with him.
He is currently safe, but his foster home has more than 20 dogs, and there simply isnβt enough time to give him the walks, attention, and active life he deserves. And Alan misses it deeply and is very sad about it.
He loves walks, exploring, movement, smells, new places β he is vivid, emotionally alive, and ready to enjoy life again.
π‘ Ideal Home
Alan would thrive in an active home where he will have proper walks, adventures, and regular social interaction.
He can live as an only dog if his people are committed to keeping him socially engaged, or with another friendly playful dog, but feeding time and treats should be managed.
A home that enjoys exploring, walking, and including their dog in everyday life would be perfect for him.
π Alan survived war, abandonment, hunger, and lonelinessβ¦ and still remained open to life, people, and joy. He is one of those dogs who reminds you how much resilience can fit into a small body.
π©Ί Health Information
Alan is fully healthy, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
All dogs are C.Brucella tested before travel (licensed laboratory certificate provided).
