Description
It breaks my heart to write this, but after a lot of thought I’ve made the difficult decision to find a new home for my beloved dog, Jackson.
Jackson is 2 years old and has the most amazing temperament. He has been raised around children and is incredibly gentle, loving, and affectionate. He absolutely adores cuddles and even sleeps in my 7-year-old daughter’s bed with her every night. He loves everyone he meets and is always excited to greet visitors.
He is fully toilet trained, crate trained, and knows a range of commands including sit, lay down, up, down, and go to bed. He is a very clever boy who loves being involved in family life.
The only thing I would mention is that he can bark when he sees other dogs on walks. This is not aggression at all, quite the opposite. He gets excited and wants to play. On many occasions owners have approached us and he has happily played with their dogs with no issues.
The reason for rehoming is through no fault of Jackson’s. Since having my second child via C-section, I have become much less active and able than I was before. As much as I love him, I feel I can no longer give him the time, exercise, and attention he deserves.
I am looking for a home where Jackson will be treated as part of the family. He would suit someone who has plenty of time for him, can give him regular walks, lots of attention, and endless cuddles. I do not want him left alone all day while owners are at work. Finding the right home is far more important to me than finding a quick home.
This is an incredibly difficult decision because Jackson is our little best friend and is loved beyond words. Please only get in touch if you genuinely believe you can offer him the loving, permanent home he deserves.
The right home is essential, and I will not rush this process.
Jackson can live with other dogs and is not aggressive at all. He may try to hump them at times, but this is the only thing to be aware of.
There is a rehoming fee, and this is only because we have heard far too much about people searching for ******************s to use in their fighting rings. Jackson’s safety and future are extremely important to us, and we want to do everything we can to make sure he goes to the right home.
