Meet Monty: A Ray of Sunshine Raised with Science & Soul ready to join his new home on 02.05.26 at 8 weeks old. ⭐ A Rare Standard of Excellence When searching for a new family member, it is rare to find a Cavapoo puppy raised with this specific combination of comprehensive health screening and science-based socialisation. We believe that the work we put in during the first eight weeks Monty is with us, will provide a lifetime of dividends for both Monty and you. Monty is already showing a sweet, bold, fun loving personality, a little boy who loves a cuddle and fuss. He is being raised as a cherished family member, benefiting from a world-class start in life. ❤️ Meet Mum: Poppy (Red Cavapoo 4.5kg & 11.5" tall) Poppy is a sweet-natured, fun-loving dog that is easy going and transitions easily between tasks. She is very much a loved member of our family and enjoys to join us on all family activites. Poppy’s Health Testing & Genetics: DNA tested CLEAR for the following conditions: DM, Type 1 vWD, Dry Eye Curly Coat, Episodic Falling, PRCD (PRA), GM2 Ganliosidosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Neonatal Dystrophy, and Osteochondrodysplasia. BVA Eye Test: Passed (Unaffected) Heart Screening: Green Doppler Score (Cardiologist verified). Coat Genetics: Monty will have 1 curly coat gene & 1 furnishing gene from Poppy this should mean that he has furnishings, a wavy coat, and low-to-non shedding. ☀️ Meet Dad: (KC Reg Blenheim Cavalier) Enzo is a much-loved family pet with a "sunshine" disposition and a buttery-soft coat. He is part of the well known Toffee and Rascal family and can be seen on their Facebook page. Dad’s Health Testing: DNA Status: Clear of DM. Hereditary Clear: EF and CC/DE. BVA Eye Test: Passed (Unaffected). Heart Screening: Green Doppler Score (CHCS Heart Scheme). ❤️ The Heart Behind the Breeding My passion for breeding comes from a deeply personal place. I once shared my life with a dog who, while physically beautiful and well-bred on paper, struggled with lifelong fear, anxiety and aggression. Despite years of dedicated support and management, I learned a vital lesson: a pedigree and "good looks" mean very little if the temperament isn't right. Working with a top behaviourist, the advice around the importance of parents' temperament and early socialisation became apparent, something my dog had lacked. I chose Poppy for her exceptionally sweet, happy nature, and I searched for a stud who matched not only her rigorous health standards but also her joyful loving spirit. My goal is to provide you with a companion who is emotionally resilient and healthy. The curlier coat, which Poppy has, does need more attention and as Poppy is 75% Poodle I decided to put her to a Cavalier, so the outcome should result in more a F1 looking dog, with an easier to manage wavy coat. 🌟 Why Early Socialisation Matters The first few months are a "critical window" where a puppy’s brain is like a sponge. Every new experience produces trillions of new brain connections especially in these first 16 weeks of life. We follow a structured program to support Monty to grow into a confident, happy adult. Socialisation isn’t play, it's about the whole world around them and the following is how we help your puppy to positively navigate their new world safely. 🧠 Advanced Early Development (ENS & ESI between days 3-16) ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation): Exercises to "kickstart" the neurological system, improving heart performance and stress tolerance. ESI (Early Scent Introduction): Daily (between days 3-16) scent work to jumpstart brain sensory processing. 🏡 A True Family Socialisation Journey Monty is being raised in the heart of our home, with our children, experiencing: Household Life: - washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, dish washer etc all whilst experiencing different floor types. He will also be introduced to everyday items, which he will get to explore. The Outside World: From 3 weeks old Monty has been carried outside into our garden and has seen trees, birds, planes, experienced different types of weather. We will soon start to take him on short car journeys (I'm sure he’ll get to experience being in the car whilst it's raining and the car wipers will be on), drive-throughs, and street "arm-walks" so he can observe people, other dogs, bikes, buses, and possibly even trains. These walks will allow him to use all his senses to experience the world. Careful Exposure: Every experience is done by observing his reactions to ensure he feels safe and supported throughout, any areas of introduction he's not totally sure about will be revisited at a slower pace. Early Learning: Using positive reinforcement, we start the basics of sit, down, recall (your chosen name will be used). From 6 wks he will also be taken out in the garden for him to explore on his own feet and encouraged to use outside to go to the toilet. Grooming: Regular brushing, nail trimming, and desensitisation to bathing, hair trimmers and hair dryer. 🎓 Health & Moving Home Monty will be Vet Checked, Microchipped, and Wormed. He will go home with a collar, a blanket with mums sent and some of his food (butternut box). RSPCA "Contract for the Sale and Purchase of a Puppy" and provide an RSPCA Puppy Information Pack (this can be viewed online). 🤝 Our Thoughtful Viewing Process 5-Week Viewings: Scheduled so you can see his true personality shine through. The "Sleep On It" Rule: To ensure a lifelong commitment, we do not take deposits on the day of the viewing. Terms: A non-refundable holding fee of £500 is required to hold Monty, with an amount of £2000 to be paid and cleared before he leaves us to join your family. If you are ready to provide a lifetime of love for Monty and continue his socialisation journey, please reach out and tell us about you, your family, your experience with dogs and let us know about the wonderful life he would have with you. If you have any further questions please get in contact.
