Description
Kiwi is male he is the pineapple conure
Peaches female moon cheek conure.
Sadly I have gone back into education due to health changes having to start over career wise.
Peaches is 3 kiwi is 2.
Peaches is temperamental she will let you give her scritches on her terms she will allow u to hold her as seen in pics. Once she has your trust she is cute and cuddly.
Kiwi is 2 currently hormonal stage so is a bit noisey to get attention. he is comical he can say a few words, giz a kiss, Kiwi, good boy, yes. He bobs and shimmies to dance. He is a bit frightened with hands approaching over head. Which we are working on with finger/target/touch positive training. They both ok with nail trims (dish towel held) quite calm but do like to try and catch you off guard.
They are beautiful birds good nature when they trust, they step up no problem. No plucking, no fighting the odd bicker here and there. Used to small dogs. They have been around children but wouldn't recommend small children due to un predictable behaviour in birds. They just want to be out the cage all the time to play amd be on me which they are mostly out of their cage so it is unfair that they now don't get that as much.
Please only experienced bird owners as i am very reluctant to sell. Putting the feelers out to find the right home, someone that can give them the time they deserve.
Price reflects both birds shared hige cage and all accessories wouldn't need anything.
