Description
George is proof that the biggest personalities sometimes come in the smallest packages.
He’s clever, loyal, funny, stubborn, affectionate & wonderfully, unapologetically George!
He loves long sniffy walks, games of catch with his favourite rustly toy & rolling in the grass like he hasn’t a care in the world! In the evenings, he loves to warm your feet. He sleeps all night, is fully house trained, knows basic commands & can be left home alone without fuss.
George loves deeply & that’s where his struggles come in. The world feels overwhelming to him sometimes. Visitors to the home make him anxious and defensive so he’ll bark & growl because he genuinely believes he’s protecting his safe space.
Loud noises & sudden movements worry him too. Fireworks & children, especially when loud & excited, are too much for him. Other dogs on walks can make him grumble & he wears a muzzle comfortably for everyone’s safety. He tolerates the cat at home but we believe George would be happiest as the only king in his castle!
He needs a calm, quiet, adult-only home with an experienced, understanding owner who will teach him boundaries whilst respecting his. He may not be the easiest dog in the world but he will be the most loyal so please direct message us or complete the application below if you can help George 🐾
