Unfortunately with a heavy heart im having to rehome my handsome Arlo. he has just turned 4 years old and is full of energy and life! he is a very well behaved boy and LOVES playing with other dogs and people! Arlo will thrive with a family that has the time for him! and have other dogs that are just as energetic as him! so I would love for him to go to a family with dogs and lots of walks! Unfortunately our decision has come down from him not getting on well with our baby and with expecting baby number 2 we just dont want to stress him out! he has come from having all the attention on him and I dont think hes enjoyed not having it all! Arlo is so intelligent and smart and is easy to train! he knows the standards paw, sit, lay down and high five but hasnt got the best recall! he can be quite pully on a lead but thats due to how excited he gets to go out on a walk but he is as good as gold! Arlo wouldnt suit a family with babies or toddlers but older kids 100% anyone that will play with him and his favourite being tug of war he will thrive with! Im not in a massive rush to rehome Arlo as I want to make sure he is going to the right family, a few meet ups would be great and few walks maybe rent a field and see how they all get on! For us a MUST is we would like him to go to a family with dogs and lots of time to take him out as Arlo does need his walks otherwise he gets frustrated! Arlo does not have any health issues, he is up to date with flea and wormer but will of course need some in 2 months time as he has a tablet every 3 months from vets, however arlo has never had flea or worms been very lucky with that! He is also a very fussy eater when it comes to his dog food we are always chopping and changing because he gets bored! hes currently on bakers big meaty food but hes gone bored of it, he loves his skinners dog food but arlo will show if theres something he doesnt like as he will sniff and walk away! but he loves winalot meat. (never gets bored of that!) Im hoping to find a loving family that will give all the love and fuss he deserves! really have come and gone with the idea of rehoming him but I know its what is best for him. Happy to share anymore pics or videos with other dogs as have plenty from him going for sleepovers or group walks! He is also microchipped which I can change details over as well! Also I have had Arlo since a puppy so he has been with me his whole life so far! any questions feel free to ask!
