Description

Sapphire is my partners mixed breed German Shepherd cross American bull Staffy cross lurcher. We believe that shes got other breeds in her dna but are unaware of what those are. She is microchipped , is flea and worm treated , is up to dare with her jabs. Sapphire is a lively and energetic dog, turned 1 years old this year on the 25/03/2026 and due to no fault of her own is looking for her forever home. My partner is disabled and although he has a big back garden for her to run around and play in its just not good enough for her anymore. He struggles to get her out and walk her due to his disabilities and since im not always around I cannot meet her basic needs all the time. ( we didn’t know she was going to grow to this size when we got her for him) shes currently fed a pure pet food diet which she absolutely loves and usually is not fussy with the food she eats. Sapphire has had some training and knows basic commands such as sit, stay, laydown, roll over , paw, sit pretty and follow. Shes had some recall training in the evenings when no other dogs are around but as of yet not around other dogs simply due to how fast she can run. Sapphire gets along with other dogs mainly smaller ones due to being brought up around smaller dogs but shes friendly and very excitable. She gets on well with young children as well . Like all dogs she absolutely loves attention and would ideally be best suited with a family who has a lot of time on their hands , alot of space for her to run around in and someone who can and meet her needs. Sapphire will come with her food bowls , toys and other things that she would normally have if she was staying at home all we ask is she goes to a loving family who will take their time with her , love her as much as we do and give her the best life like she deserves. As you can imagine this is extremely hard for my partner to do letting go of his baby is so difficult but like hes said to me it needs to be done. Not for him but for her. She loves to play with and in water its one of her favourite things to do as well as play tug of war and chase after squeaky balls and toys. This loveable girl is looking for her forever home so if you think you can give her one please message me for more information. She would need collecting from my boyfriends home please be aware she does get travel sickness sometimes and the last or whats left of her meds to travel with will be included for her to be able to travel.
