Description

Monty is a lovable, friendly and excitable cocker spaniel that I have owned for the last 2 years. I rehomed him from a family that didn’t know how to handle this breed so he had little to no training. Monty is now fully trained on and off the lead, he will sit, stay, retrieve, drop, give paws and walk to heel. His recall is spot on aswell. He is also fully house trained, but due to my work has also been living in a kennel with other dogs. He’s great around livestock, he just does not like cats so his new home would need to be cat free. The only reason for rehoming Monty is because he has lost his love for working and will no longer chase pheasants and I sadly no longer have time to work on this with him. He needs to go to a pet home only. I will be really sorry to see Monty go, but it would be the best thing for him to go to another home that will love him as much as I do and give him a good life. Price can be negotiated for the right person but he will only be going to a 5 star home.
