Description
5 year old (6 this year) neutered male. 100% house and crate trained. Good with children, lives with another male dog (they often play fight, it can be mouthy but there is no intention to hurt). No experience of cats.
He has good recall off leash, but we've only been in quiet areas so untested with distractions. He can occasionally be reactive, I haven't identified a trigger, it is possible that it's my energy. He is high energy and is only truly resting when in his crate. He is a sweet boy and is happy being close with people he knows. He can be nervous but not often.
Maybe you own or have access to a big open space, love and understand the spaniel types, or have more knowledge, experience or training skills than I.
I took him on after bereavement and his life with me isn’t awful so I wouldn’t let him go just anywhere, but if a better person and home presents, I want what is best for him.
