Zainab was great throughout the process, providing regular updates and photos up to the collection date. She was more than happy to answer any of questions. We got a little toy, a blanket, some dry food and good luck to send us on our way. A week later our kitten Keiko is doing really well. She took some time to settle and eat well. We love her so much.
