JAKE
Jake arrived unclaimed from a council pound in a pretty terrible state, skinny, smelly and shutdown he had his collar stuck to his neck by mud, dirt and grime, you can see the line around his neck that it left. (see last photo)
His ordeal has not fazed him, he is now a very happy boy. He's a social butterfly, loves everyone, is neutral to other dogs. He has lived with cats for the past couple of months and is fine with them indoors. Jake may have had unchecked opportunities to chase cats outdoors as he is alert to neighbours cats. (He is a Malinois!)
Jake is not a working dog he is looking for an active pet home only. If you want to cut your teeth on the breed, he's your guy. Jake lives peacefully with other dogs. He is a take anywhere dog. Jake walks very nicely on a flat collar.
Jake loves food, Ball and Tug play. He has a very good "out" release of the toy when in play. He has very good basic commands, travels, loads and is crate trained.
Jake has been around 8+ year children. He is a very good "poster boy" for the breed.
