Description
Maple is a beautiful medium-sized girl, approximately 5 years old, currently in foster in Ross-on-Wye (HR9).
She is a sweet, affectionate dog who absolutely loves people and quickly forms strong bonds with her family. Maple arrived at a Romanian shelter in 2024 with her puppies, who have all since found homes. Now it’s her turn to find the loving home she deserves.
Maple is a calm and confident girl who takes new experiences in her stride. She travels well in the car, is unfazed by busy environments, and happily settles beside you while you enjoy a coffee or watch the world go by. She greets visitors warmly and has coped brilliantly with overnight guests.
While Maple is comfortable around other dogs, her greatest joy comes from being with her people. Because she bonds so closely, we feel she would be happiest as an only dog where she can enjoy all the love and attention she has waited so long for.
Maple previously lived around children in Romania, although she has not been assessed with children in the UK. She is not suitable for a home with cats and will chase small furry animals.
