Description
This is one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make. Due to changes in our circumstances, we no longer have the time to give her the level of attention and enrichment she truly deserves.
She is a typical goofy, energetic Lurcher with a huge heart and an even bigger personality.
She absolutely thrives on company, fuss, and being around her people. If you’ve ever experienced the famous Lurcher lean, you’ll know exactly the kind of love she gives.
⸻
About her:
• Loving, affectionate, and incredibly tolerant
• Raised in a family home with our son since he was 8 years old, so she is great with children
• Very social and enjoys being around people and other animals
• Could live with another similar dog
• May be suitable for a home with a cat
• Very low prey drive for a sighthound
• Knows lots of tricks and commands (especially if cheese is involved)
• Loves playtime, including fetch, tug of war, and the classic sighthound “bitey face”
⸻
Training and behaviour:
• Very obedient in the home and garden with strong recall in those environments
• Walks beautifully on lead
• Would need continued recall training if walked off lead
⸻
Ideal home:
She would benefit from a home where she can get more time, attention, and regular play and walks.
A large, secure garden would be a bonus so she can properly stretch her legs, but it is not essential.
Someone with experience of sighthounds would be ideal, as they are wonderfully unique and a little bit bonkers in the best way.
⸻
She is a truly wonderful, caring, and beautiful girl, and this decision has not been made lightly. We just want to find her a home where she can continue to thrive and get everything she deserves.
We would prefer a home local to the Nottinghamshire area, as we would like to carry out a home check to ensure she is going somewhere safe and suitable.

If you feel you could offer her the home she deserves, please get in touch 💛
