AVAILABLE-‘Sven’ whose whole family was saved bar him- now this peaceful & mellow lad is hoping he’ll have his chance.
A little about me in my own words
I was born in a place that didn’t care about
me or my mother & siblings. They were
lucky & were adopted by kind souls. Sadly
I wasn’t & one day a rescuer saw me being
beaten by my homeless owner. I was taken
to a shelter but that isn’t the end of the
story for me. Unless I’m chosen I’ll be at
risk again. It’s so sad that I have so much
to give & yet there is no one to benefit
from it. If you pick me you’ll be showered
in love, commitment & adoration. You’ll
have a placid, calming & easy going
companion. The rescuer leesa who is
trying to help me says she’ll take more
videos and pics of me when she has time
because apparently they’ll be needed. I
don’t really understand how it works. I’m
rather hoping that my special person will
want me based upon love at first sight
through the fence line. When you know
you know as they say. If I’m selected now
by a U.K. family with the handsome
mugshot they’ve used then that will leave
time for other rescues to be helped.
I share the space harmoniously with other
dogs- all shapes n sizes and varying ages.
You can see when leesa comes over to the
enclosure that despite the desperation to
be noticed which we all feel, I am such a
gent and I hang back. I never bull doze
through. I’m just too docile & tranquil in my
way.
I heard my family in the U.K. are doing
exceptionally well and you’re welcome to
chat to them about my mum and siblings in
your consideration of adopting me. I have
never met my past define me & have
bounced on through with resolve & spirited
joy at living & not being hurt. You’d never
know I was unless leesa told you. “If ever a
dog deserves an opportunity it’s Sven” I
heard the welfare say. Here’s hoping
someone out there will agree.
