I’m absolutely gutted to be writing this and it’s breaking my heart, but we are going to need to re home our gorgeous 10 month old beagle Orio. We are getting constant noise complaints as he barks when we are out or at work and the neighbours are understandably not happy about it. We have tried all we can with a trainer/behaviourist, calming powder in his water, even an e-collar but he still gets so anxious being left alone which not only isn’t fair on our neighbours but also him. He is such a softie, loves his walks, loves affection and loves to be with you at all times. He’s great with other dogs and his recall is improving really well. He’s housetrained, not destructive and is up to date on all jabs, he’s not neutered. He would probably enjoy being in a house with another beagle/dog as he really loves the company and this would help his anxiety being left alone.
