⚠️ Update
Mona has already watched two happy buses leave without her.
Her friends are going, one after another… but she and her sisters are still there. Still waiting. Still unseen.
For years, they were invisible in Ukraine — and somehow, nothing has changed yet. Time moves quietly, but it matters. Every month, every missed chance. And still, Mona waits with that same hope — that someone will finally notice her.
Please… look at her. Dogs like Mona don’t ask loudly. They don’t push forward. But they are the ones who stay in your heart the longest.
She now has a chance to take the 15 May Happy Bus. Please don’t let her be left behind again.

💔 Rescue Story
Mona was rescued as a tiny puppy, together with her sisters, after being abandoned near a monastery — a place where many dogs are left with little chance to survive. They were lucky to be saved early.
But while other dogs were chosen, Mona grew up in rescue. From a small puppy into an adult dog… still waiting, still overlooked. She has spent her whole life hoping for a home that hasn’t come yet.
🐕 More About Mona
Mona lives in a mini-shelter in an outdoor enclosure, with daily access to a garden where she can move freely. She enjoys routine and adapts well to her environment.
With new people, she may either come forward with curiosity or take a moment to observe — always with a soft wag of her tail. Once she understands everything is safe, she relaxes quickly.
With people she knows, Mona becomes affectionate and connected — leaning in, asking for gentle contact, sometimes licking hands in a quiet show of trust.
She loves play and enjoys the company of other dogs, especially games like fetching balls or tug toys. She happily brings toys back again and again, fully engaged in the moment.
Mona is intelligent and responsive, learning well with positive interaction and treats. She has a lovely balance — playful, but not overwhelming; affectionate, but not demanding.
🏡 Ideal Home
Mona would do best in a calm countryside or semi-rural home with space, routine, and gentle structure.
Another friendly dog would be a big plus, giving her both companionship and confidence.
She would suit a family with older children who understand her gentle nature and give her space to settle.
💞 Mona is one of those dogs who doesn’t push herself forward — but once you notice her, you realise how much she has to give. Soft, loving, and quietly devoted… just waiting for her chance.
