The Setter & Pointer Project

Description

Tango is a very friendly Brittany. He was one of 33 Brittanys that were kept together on a piece of land and used for hunting and showing. The land they lived on was being sold and one of the shelters we work with was quick to step in and get as many of the dogs out as they could before they ended up with other hunters. They managed to get 17 of the dogs, which are being sponsored across three different organisations. Tango is being funded by TSPP and is now safe in kennels until he finds a home. Tango is a cheerful, playful and happy dog. He’s athletic and loves to run outside in the secure enclosure. He is very affectionate with people and outgoing, showing no signs of fear in the shelter environment. He is always up for a big fuss and does come when called within the secure area but this could change on an exciting walk. Tango can live on his own or with a resident dog.
