Arlo is a very cute, affectionate boy who was rescued from a yard in Hungary. He had an owner but they didn’t want him. They wanted to give him away to gypsies to get rid of him. He was in great distress and didn’t receive much love or care. He came to us and we found him a home in the UK.
He arrived in the UK on 13th March of this year and went to his new adoptive home. Unfortunately, circumstances have changed at his new home and the adoptors can no longer care for Arlo. He is a super cute looking boy, as you can see. He has not yet had time to settle into his new home and has shown signs of stress. He is apparently not being exercised as he is not yet used to a lead, which will be adding to his stress. He is housetrained and uses the garden. He becomes anxious when left. He needs a home where he can be helped with his anxiety, supported with his lead training (some gentle walks around a garden on a harness and lead/slip lead should fix this) and, ultimately receive the exercise and company he needs. He is approx 13kg in weight. Someone active who can be with him most of the time and wants to include him in their daily activities would be good. He does love all the attention he can get and can be reactive around other dogs at the moment – he needs time to build a bond of trust with someone and know that they are his and he is theirs.
