Description

Hunter is a 7yr young beautiful Labrador who is neutered, fully vaccinated, micro chipped. Hunter is friendly with other dogs out and about but needs to live as an only dog with no small curries including cats. He is such a good boy, very loving and loyal like all Labs and always has a wagging tail for his people. He would love a home with plenty of human company as he is a velcro dog but he can cope on his own for short periods. He needs 2/3 half hour walks a day. Since he's been with our rescue he has lost 3.5kg so his weight loss/maintenance would need to be continued. He enjoys a controlled mainstream, inexpensive hypoallergenic diet. Hunter can pull on the lead so he requires a strong and confident handler. He walks nicely on a front harness though most of the time. He's fully house trained and doesn't chew. He has lived with children in the past so we would say kids over 10yrs. He travels well and sleeps well in his bed in the kitchen. He has basic training including recall but being a Fox Red he does have prey drive hence no cats or rabbits etc. If you can offer this gorgeous lad a home with lots of love, company, nice walks, and have a nice garden for him to enjoy in between then please get in touch.
